Yes, they are. But I pulled them together into a beautifully designed PDF so you can print them and have them without jumping from page to page on my website and viewing the ads. Plus, I modified the ingredients on each of the recipes to make them compliant as written (so you don't have to remember the modifications I mentioned previously in the post while making your recipe!)
